Agreed, why do people keep askign for this thread to be closed? There is 100k hits on this, obviously many people are interested in following the topic. Read or dont read, contribute or dont contribute - its your choice but there is no reason to close a thread of interest to so many people.

we didn t get the fw on the promised date so we should at least get an excuse of why it didnt happen..
Or a youtube video showing an az running that fw..
That would ease the wait and make it more valueable...
They make us waiting for sth that maybe do not even excist...
It all feels like a fairy tale that all of us believe
and that makes us look like fools..

If external developers have the same attitude on users as the internal(opensat) developers then
the azbox needs a very low profile consumers...

Read thread through carefully. Ripper said that he is making DFB library. Nothing common with e2.
He just compiled e2 with minor modification for fun with ulibc. it was totally unusable and crashed in a minute while booting.

Agree with you, but it doesn't mean that the man who compiled a native CCcam does not deserve more time to improve better way to compile E2.

Dont know much about Kanber_kav he is not communicative but AFAIK he can make some GUI for azbox and showed it in the "sticked thread".

Well, that's promissing if they contribute.

As for Raskino... Don't know much of him. just a guy with a few posts on this forum. He never posted any technical details about his development. Just promises..
"E2 will be soon." Well.. it was a bad guess of him.

Concerning raskino, may be you are right concerning this forum, but have a look on other italian forums (hxxp://www.azboxhd.it &
hxxp://www.azboxhd.altervista.org), then you will know much more about him.

So there is no e2 team and no e2 developers. And no e2.
That doesn't mean I don't like azbox and will sell it. No way.

But no e2: I don't agree with you. If so, why are all these people confirming that, and why didn't opensat deny officialy that there will be no e2? aren't they concerned?
So let's wait & by all means if we will not have a bugs free e2, i belive this thread will give a real push to a relative stable fw (wether totaly based on e2, or a developed hybrid one).

Please stop posting nonsence comments specialy when you personally did NOTHING to azbox.... before insulting developers like kanber_kav & other members like hmfls.... Did you ever asked yourself what you did more then these people to develop or support the comunity??

Those people posted hundred of threads which were very interresting even to Opensat itself.

If you have no patience... then go threw your azbox from the window... & if you are still mad of waiting some few days to let these people improve a relative fw w/e2 .... the only advice I can give to you is to suicide.

Unless you at least show more respect for those who spent a lot of time & effort to support us.... or even show us what you can do to help.... otherwise I confirm that since the begining of this topic.... more than 50% of the posts are negative & that confirms some opinions thinking how much is developing azbox fw represents a danger for other people....

When E2 was first made to work on a Kathrein a very buggy version that could only be loaded from a linux server was released.
This was nowhere near a usable version, that took much longer, many more weeks, but it showed "proof of concept"
It would stop the arguments if something like this could be released for the azbox.

I read this thread with amazement & Wonderment !!!!

Why must anyone explain anything to you or anyone else !!!!
if it comes it comes, these Guyz are not getting paid to do this by Us !!

they as far as we know are doing it because they are Hobbyists like us, So have some Manners, & Patience, and it may be released if it exists, I dont particuarly care as I have a DM 800, But its the same old typical attitude, " We want it !! We are entitled to it !!! You are of opensat as the box is Buggy as hell !!!

But If E2 comes, Be Thankful !!!!!!

turkeyforum kendi bilmez modlardan oluşuyor.
Zamanında çok emek verdi turkeyforumda (gbox_paylasim ve kanber_kav niçki ile) ama forumdan banladılar. O yüzden o forumda yazmam bidaha.

E2 ye gelince inş. olur diyorum. ama inancım kalmadı.
