firmware should be out really soon, since a reseller is getting it at the moment.

ein bischen noch geduld.
Beim AZBOX Firmware es gibt neuigkeiten, wir brauchen bischen noch Zeit
zumbeispiel bibliotek system wird eingefügt dfb Xserver solche sachen, damit ist die sw nicht mehr an nanox gebunden.

Damit können wir von der E2 jeder plugin ins azbox sw instalieren

für die TV Bereich sowie EPG oder Umschalzeiten sind wir auch am arbeiten

So we are able to install each E2 plugin into azbox sw.

Hmmm what he states is that actually found a way to get rid of microwindows ( nanox) so they can install plugins made for e2 or such.
This is what i understand with my limited knowledge of programming.

mmm what about the other treat here i started a long time ago about the celrun firmware ??
there where files inside that contains fb directfb.
because the original firmware from celruns iptv boxes works with directfb.
maybe that is easy to inplement to the azbox firmware.

we can sit and wait for opensat but we also can work together
and get ride of that funny nano-x server and inmplement directfb our selfs .
we even have the module for directfb from the celrun firmware.
em8xxxfb.ko.
so maybe we can work on that.

mmm interesting files this.
if i understand this correctly when i look at the files
this is to implement directfb for sigma smp.
am i right ?
so we can forget the silly nano-x server and try to replace it with directfb. and i think we are able to use enigma2 plugins on our azbox.

inputdevices folder that there are inputs also for dreamboxremote/
keyboard/dbox2remote etc.
so we can work now on this to compile it for the azbox.

I menage today to compile new graphic frame buffer device driver and it's working, but there is one big problem, I must use old FW version 0.9.2032 because it was the last version where they used MRUA 2.8.0.5 library version. In new version's of the FW they are using MRUA 2.8.5.X library and ofcourse new xrpc ucodes and old mrua version is broken and unfortunately I dont have access nor I dont know where to download new mrua library version.
I compiled Enigma 2 too, few days ago, but it needs a lot of the changing in the code before we can even start and say it's stable. Plus device remote driver is needed, VFD driver is needed, DVB API is needed ...

The_Ripper, with the new files do you have access to the full ts stream for dvbapi? The directfb 2.8.5.0 package seems to give some reference in the DTV part

Hope you can do something to improve the opensat bugware
