I've attached the main files I think you need below.
There are 2 different hardware versions of the firmware below, 43.61.65 and 43.71.65

I don't know how your going to know for sure which H/W version is correct for your box if it isn't booting up. Try looking underneath the receiver for any stickers which indicate the H/W version number.

Your probably also going to require a 9 PIN NULL Modem lead to connect the receiver to the PC via the RS232 port to do the upgrade.
