Not clears many hd channels easily,sometimes works sometimes not...
Maybe that's because of channel change time is too long ....
I hope this will sorted by the new fw also remember this one is the very first real cccam on Azbox so we should expect some tiny problems ;)

What this is,
Real CCcam with a connection to the OpenXCAS API. Thanks to The_Ripper.
So all the features you get from the CCCam on dreambox you get on AZBox HD.

This is not a port of CCcam.
CCcam on a dreambox works like this
CCcam <--> DVB Api
On AZBox
CCcam <-- Interceptor --> OpenXCAS
I think I will be buying The_Ripper a pint or two if we ever meet! :D

As the latest keys can be downloaded directly from the internet into the mgcamd folder.

I agree with you but I believe next fw or next release of cccam will sort that problem ;)
zap times very slow I believe that cause the problem, SD channels works ok but remember hd channels takes more time to switch ;)
I don't know how they will reduce that time but this will help a lot ...
Two seperate process TV and menu ,slows it down...
that's why sometimes even if tv channel freeze menu still keep working ;)

i have changed the port in one cline that i was connected and i put the same port that i have on SERVER LISTEN PORT and i loose the connection.

If the port in CCcam.cfg is 17500, you must give your friends C-line with port 17500. So you can look inside the CCcam.cfg and see what is the port. Make sure you remove # sympol in front of the port. And dont forget to forward this port to your Azbox IP.

Dont make any change to the C-line your friends give you. In that C-line they are putting their port which is present in their CCcam.cfg.

im going to change of port because this is the same that i used for mbox i ll tell to my friends that change my cline. i cant get that anybody connect to me.
When you forward the port to your IP, it must be TCP not UDP.Quote:

So, if one wants to use the internal reader then one has to use one of the earlier versions of NewCS [works with $*l*y IT card].
But the newest version [especially done for AZbox HD] can only use an external reader.
So, we have three options now: apart from CCcam 2.1.1, we can also choose between either a new NewCS or SBox [don't know if it can read cards with the internal reader], apparently.
But allegedly, now that the NewCS is coming from the originator of it, we should expect [eventually] that it will read all the cards with the internal reader, not only the external one.
Mbox can read more and more cards, using the internal reader. But it can not pass the EMMs, apparently. So, not yet a full server/client.
Mower said he could perhaps try to connect it with MultiCAS and then pass on the info from it. We'll see. To my mind that would be really cool, if it could work as a full package, one way or another. I prefer Mbox, for some reason. I think it has potential... Or maybe with NewCS, if it develops now, as a complete server package for AZbox HD?
Some say that MGcamd [as a client] connected to NewCS [as a server] is the best combination today. True?
I'm afraid I can't test, as I have no OSCs or pirate cards, so...
But we do have more and more options now... ;) :)

Readerproblems are to clear
native CCcam dont know any internal Scard Reader from AZHD.
You need a Bridge like Newcs,MPCS,(sbox is only for a few Cards)
NewCS old(but the better one !!) can handle internal Reader and external Reader
MPCS cant handle any internal Reader Scard from AZHD, here also only external.
New NewCS 1.67RC1 cant handle any Scard Device/internal Reader, only external
Multicas NEVER WORKS!! Its not a bridge/Cardreader to give Cards back to another Tool!
a last Word to external Reader, not all are working!
All Readers like Smargo+, Infinity unlimited and some other, who CANT use FTDI Mode, wont work!
The easyiest Way is an USB2serial with FTDI or PL 2303 Chipset and a serial Reader on it.
You can proof your external Reader with dmesg in telnet
If it is shown only as USB Device, it will never work!
If there is a FTDI or PL2303 Device you are the Man. PR2 has shown in a Thread, how it looks on a Dreambox, if Device is recogniced correct, some simular you will see in AZHD if all goes right.
Im confused with old NewCS and internal Reader. The Guys have made a good Job, its the only one which can handle the internal Reader.
Sbox can do this Job,too, but it can handle only a few Cards, we must wait for better Versions with more Cards.
Here is the Config for Sbox with internal Cardreader on AZHD:
In the configfile look for slot 0 and change this to sci=/dev/scard
It could be so easy, so hoping for new NewCS with internal Reader and a Firmware with native Infinity/Smargo Drivers
