if the box is on standby for a few hours ,later, trying to turn it will reboot... have you a solution?

With RC3 you have to disable scheduled download of CrossEPG.

[EDIT] Standby will work, but clock will be slower a bit. Half an hour in 8/10 hours.

just a noob question....

are we still limited to maximum 1 Tb HDD with enigma 2 as the same with original fw or it has nothing to do with software????

does somebody know how to stop playback of a record. when i go to the recordet files ( guide key on remote control) and start playing, i can´t stop the playback....has somebody a solution?

change signal quality % to dB possible?

is it possible to change the signal quality from % to dB ? i habe an azbox elite. when yes, is it the same way as on the dm800 ( edit skin.xml...)?

SMB automount

is it possible to automount a smb s hare on startup, i had no success with the bootup file, first it works and suddenly ist doesnt work any more....i havent changed something.... or is a mount manager available?

has somebody success with the automount with bootup?

I've inserted a line in /etc/fstab so each time the system bootup it automatically mount what I need.

- E2Backup.tib

Connect USB cable from the HDD case with Your PC.

Choose Recover whole disk and partition and press next - picture 3

Check-all whole Disk, so it means two partitions : Ex** and Linux Swap and press next - picture 4

Choose on which disk You will restore content, in our case DOM, and press next - picture 5

Commit with OK - picture 6

Choose Proceed - picture 7

Wait for few minutes that process complete - picture 8

When the restore of data and partitions finish, press Ok - picture 9

now You can exit from application, 'Safely' eject Your external USB HDD, in our case DOM.

Disconnect usb cable, and put back the DOM on AzBox, turn on AzBox and wait for 20 seconds that E2 boot.

Now you can take a look on enigma, and when You decide to go back on Official version of Firmware, that You can do with plugin from DDdamir.

Installation od DDamir plugin is described in another tutorial.

When I reverse Tx and Rx is not working.

Try an other cable. You have not enough level at your serial cable. Try a cable as this

Did you selected right speed (115200) in Putty?
