Patience please. Don't put pressure on the developers. Remember - you have the opportunity to install original FW in Flash and E2 on Stick. If you do so you will be able to change without having trouble ;)

Hi Richy,
I also have heard about that option. Is there any detailed guide or "how to" about that, it would be highly appreciated (I have serched the forum already)?
As far as I know there sould be a step with kernel replace, when do back to the original FW, I am not sure how to do that...any step-by-step guide about that operation....how is that kernel switch between E2 and original FW?
Cheers!
AzUp 1.2.5 will do the job automatically. You can choose the target of installation. So - in first step you have to install original FW into flash. In the second step you have to install E2 on a stick. If you want to go back to original you have to change the kernel only (by AzUp) and vice versa...
It takes 2 Minutes only to change between the operating systems.
For detailed information take a search (this thread) or take a look here: https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=141890
Thanks Richy, will give a try
Cheers!

I feel stupid........................... ..............
Missed some buttons on my remote......
Glad you all cann't see my red cheeks now......
Is .ts format supported by Valerie?
Thats interesting, since you are the first that reports that movies work directly from HD. Earlier I think movies only worked if played from a network mounted disk, as this was tested by sattommy.
Could you please supply some details about your setup.
Is this an internal or external HD?
Is it formatted with linux (EXT2) or by NTFS filesystem?
Also I would like to know if you was able to save your scanned movie list in Valerie?
What version of valerie are you using, and have you some other relevant addons or plugins to make this work?
thank you.
