    Question Alternatives to WCE/Emulatorek?

    Hi All,

Been out of the Sat scene for a while but I used to use my season interface with WCE/Emulatorek very happily with my TM receiver.

From what I can see, it appears that development of these fine emulators has ceased.

Does anyone still use them? Or is there a 'new' alternative?

    DeepS

Nice to hear that there is already an alternative to WCE/Emulatorek. Will 'fausto' work with a conax cam, a matrix, a magic cam, a humax or the program is designed to work with diablo cams only.
    Cheers.

Thanks for that m8, well I have been wrong about 'fausto', it’s much more than a program for Diablo. Which older version of the program needed to be installed first before installing the latest version of fausto?
    Cheers.

None, on every new installation of Fausto, if there is a previous version installed, will replace only the basic files and keep your settings.
But while we did some changes on the latetst versions and added new options is always better to make a clean install.
I always install in new folder indicating the version of Fausto
    ( ex: F:\Fausto\Fausto1.40 )
