I have downloaded cas 3 perfect but i cant use it as it says plug into a usb port, it is plug'd into a usb port. I tried both programers with the same results. I must be doing some thing wrong, any ideas lads, i am stuck, my computer is a 32bit.Never had trouble befor,

If using the a front USB port, on your PC, try using one on the back.
