Tomtom V6 Keygen & Instructions

This works on all Tomtom Go, Tomtom One, Tomtom Rider & Tomtom Classic units. Also works on Tomtom Mobile and now also works PDA / PPCs.

Tried and tested on my Tomtom Go500 with software already upgraded to V6.520 - see here for information on how to upgrade your unit :-

The Keygen file should be named as key.exe to work with these instructions.

1) Make a new folder in C:\ name it keygen.

2) Put your Great_Britain.mid (or any other map.mid) file in there and the Key.exe (the keygen file) in there.

The .mid file is a hidden file. Open your map folder - go to TOOLS - FOLDER OPTIONS - VIEW tab - tick 'Show Hidden Files & Folders'. The file might look like it's a .midi file & its 1kb.

3) You will need to open up your Command Prompt - you'll either find it in Start - All Programmes - Accessories. Or you can go to Start - Run - & type in ' cmd ' then OK, then you will see the window as below.

Here's an image from my Command Prompt - the UNDERLINED TEXT is all I needed to type into the command prompt box - take note of the spaces & underscores_. I have generated two codes in here for two different maps as an example of what needs to be altered if you use a different map.

The link is only for instructions on how to upgrade your Tomtom device to the latest version. Keygens & links to keygens are not allowed to be posted on the forum, but can be found elsewhere on the internet

. The reason for posting these instructions is that many have got the keygen, but cannot use it properly.

nice guide mate I'd managed to remember the old dos 5 days anyway.
Mine seems to have worked fine on p550/usa map 675 1409 with the spaces
but time may tell

You don't need the keygen if you've got the 6680, you need a copy of Tomtom Mobile v5.20 - you'll find it here :-

hi Russell......ive never seen this activation with all 3 activation codes. the one i have is only symbian activation. do you still have the link for this keygen>? can i try it please.
