Tried that but same result been reading on message boards this has been an ongoing problem for a few months e-mailed them but no response
i renewed my duplexplay sub with the windows app last week, it worked fine
Think you got to be running Windows 10 and I am only running Windows 7 tried it and app kept freezing
Got it sorted got a disc for windows 10 and upgraded my PC from windows 7
