I bought a wifi usb for Dreambox which according to specifications can do 5Ghz but when I plugged the usb into my 8000HD the usb only detects 2.4Ghz internet signal, not 5Ghz.

My router does both frequencies; 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.

Please note; 5Ghz is supposed to be faster than 2.4Ghz

This usb comes from Germany and it's supposed to be for all dreambox receivers.

If anyone has any information about the dreambox wifi usb which is supposed to be able to do 5Ghz, please let us know.
