is it possible to use a inverto unicable 11 lnb with a mororised dish 42 east to 30 west with a vu ultimo 4k ant boday using one if so what is the set up at the moment I have just a single invertor lnb and my set up is tuner a p0sitioner usuals sory for got to say got a single cable tuner connected as well any help with the invertor unicable 11 seting it up in the menu would be apreshated

Pretty sure a unicable lnb is wasted on a motorised dish.

I am sure it can be done, but I believe it is wasted.
The idea with unicable lnb's is you have 1 feed from a dish to feed multiple receivers.
Therefore each receiver / tuner it feeds needs to know where the dish is pointing at.
