No company is a good company (for its costumers), they are not charity, they exist to make money.
Of course many can consider OpenSat a bad company, they could be more transparent and in the side of the consumer, but they are not as bad as many think.
EDIT: Maybe they don't want us to think "Oh crap, another alpha/beta firmware for us to test... If this firmware is as good as the last one, not even in 2 years we have a working firmware.", they have already a bad fame, they don't need any more of it, and they don't want to give any more hopes, when its done, its done.
(this is all my speculation for their reason)
I also want to take the opportunity to say thanks to Mower and his friends for they great work in this short time.
PS: And please lets focus on E2 firmware and not in Opensat or Opensat new firmware, because I will not respond or talk about it in this thread (and probably not in any other).
