my question is more directed to developers :S why has the rtc timer been disabled? i know they are for make real time sound ..... but ... what is the reason of disable them? can the image be tested better? and why sometimes works and others doesnt?

STC clock timer is always activated, if not then no audio/video playing, problem is of compilcated STC compesation algorithm for caculation of the drift between audio/video of last PTS/PCR, you have some infos in this pdf about (System clock and PCR measurements), hxxp://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_tr/101200_101299/101290/01.02.01_60/tr_101290v010201p.pdf

1.don t know about 4 diseqc but it should work
2.emus are working
3.for addons you should wait for a team to release a fw with their panel or if you can't wait then install the sgc panel....
4.there is an e2 plugin for YouTube...
5.if you want Mediaplayer for movies (divx,xvid,mkv)
Then it s reported that it s fully working,
Still no srt subtitles support though....
If you want an "everyday use" fw then I think you should wait some more,
At least till sct is fixed...

Do you really think people will stop asking? Just by checking this eternal thread you would notice that if Ripper or MickeySa says/answers something you can rest assure that a couple of rows below someone will ask about that again. Some people are stupid but most of them are just plain lazy.
BTW, they have mentioned several times in this thread what the priorities are. Use the search function.

If there would be some priority/change list on one page (maybe on http://www.azbox-enigma.eu/ blog) with working/not working status it would be more clear... just my opinion

EDIT: OK, now it's working. Every keypress needs a very long time. MKV 720p is playing OK.
