sometimes audio doesn't work but if u go back and forward again channel will have sound.

what i wanted to know is if dvb-s2 channels already have audio
because dvb-s2 sound didn't work at all in previous,

How to use AZUp
Because they appeared quasi instructions for AZUp use and procedures for the insertion of E2 in AZBox
I prepared a short and precise instructions - exactly what you need to do
btw , I must to mention , ignore wrong "tutorials" with wrong directions
as : you must use Format App ))) realy funny because AZUp manage partitions of your AZBox
Ignore quasi instructions and use this official instruction from the author of AZUp


We have 3 situation :
I) You have Official FW in your AZBox andyou want to install E2
II) You have E2 in yourAZBox and now you want to install official FW
III) You have E2 in your AZBox and now you want to install new/update of E2


I) You have Official FW in your AZBox andyou want to install E2
Switch off AZBox
Put usb stick with patch.bin (e2)
switch on AZBox
Follow messages on GUI for update official FW (standard procedure)
After about 1 min , your receiver will reboot
Dont remove USB Stick from AZBox !!!
wait for IP adress on VFD of AZBox
Start latest ver of AZUp
Write IP adress in AZUp (see VFD)
Click on button Update
AZUp check for resque mode, also check ver of patch.bin (E2 or official fw)
AZUp create cramfs, Create 3 partition on DOM and formatted them
Copyng E2 kernel in Flash (about 2.5 min)
Copyng E2 files in first DOM partition (about 1 min)
when get popup msg - remove usb stick and wait for reboot (Rebooting... msg on VFD)
New E2 is installed successfully


II) You have E2 in yourAZBox and now you want to install official FW

Switch off AZBox
Put usb stick with patch.bin (Official FW)
switch on AZBox
wait for IP adress on VFD of AZBox
Start latest ver of AZUp
Write IP adress in AZUp (see VFD)
Click on button Update
AZUp check for resque mode, also check ver of patch.bin (E2 or official fw)
AZUp Create 4 partition on DOM and formatted them
Copyng Official (old) kernel in Flash (about 2.5 min)
when get popup msg - first part of update is done, but dont remove USB stick from AZBOX
wait for reboot , and follow messages on GUI for update official FW (standard procedure)



III) You have E2 in your AZBox and now you want to install new/update of E2

Switch off AZBox
Put usb stick with patch.bin (e2)
switch on AZBox
wait for IP adress on VFD of AZBox
Start latest ver of AZUp
Write IP adress in AZUp (see VFD)
Click on button Update
AZUp check for resque mode, also check ver of patch.bin (E2 or official fw)
AZUp create cramfs, Create 3 partition on DOM and formatted them
Copyng E2 kernel in Flash (about 2.5 min)
Copyng E2 files in first DOM partition (about 1 min)
when get popup msg - remove usb stick and wait for reboot (Rebooting... msg on VFD)
New E2 is installed successfully

This could be a stupid question... so you mean that many teams (who are already working for DMM, Vu+, etc..) can start working on AzBox?

no-one on this site seems to have used the JTAG sucessfully yet.
I am awaiting delivery of a "universal JTAG adapter" to see if i can progress.

Actually the only working solution is based on Wrigler JTAG adapter which is the cheapest one on the market ... and also it is very simple for DIY.

If you read carefully posts at pristavka.de - there is good explanation how to create / Wrigler adapter, and how to perform NOR flashing.

Of course, our team will continue to support enigma 2 hd on AzBox, and we will continue publishing clean cvs enigma 2 for azbox hd devices.

In some release we will just include aditional skin, and clean E2 Image.

We are making SVN, so other people/teams can also make some images...

On first reboot it worked fine but after i restared the box, no longuer i can use the tunner. No signal in PAT!?

Any solution for this?

I isered a list, chanels open fine with cccam, but after that no longuer the tuner recives signal.

Hello,

Yes I just install 1.0.27 and scan Astra 19.2E without any problem but don't use the Default services lists, the list that is downloaded I think is not up-to-date and then when scanning with this list you miss lot of channels.

But be carefull Premium Plus and Ultra are not yet supported, only Premium and Elite.

Otherwhise you can use SettingsMaker 1.3 to generate a channel list and send it with DreamboxEdit.

I Have a AZbox Elite and i am Install Enigma2 1.0.27 on a HHD not in my DOM, but this Enigma2 only make 3 partition on my HDD what can i do for have the outher partition from my hdd.
I am make the other partition manual with Paragon Partition Manager and format in ext3.

Hi. I've got Fixed Astra 19,2 dish
1.0.25 - Ok
1.0.26 - No signal
1.0.27 - No signal

When scan, I get no channels. Signal is 99%, and BER -22% always

What can I do?

Installed 1.0.27

Scanned 19.2 , good result .
DVB-S2 visible from 19.2 , nice skin.
No sound at all.

After reboot no picture from 19.2 at all (snr showed 99% ..??)

Diseq-C 1.2 was ok with my superjack with 1.0.25 + new drivers, now no movement.

Scanning now 28.2 so far no channels found.

Stopped scanning.

Tested 19.2 again, nothing .
Changed tuner config to A,B,C,D, no effect

Rebooted, AND 19.2 sound both on S2 and SD ch's .
Sound lost again when channel surfing ,not coming back when going up/down channels.
Reboot , getting black screen with SNR 99% (again)
Reboot, sound and picture.

I have also T-tuner installed , maybe there is a side effect from that?


I think to get 100% good drivers is just round the corner, all features are done , but not in one version .
