Ok,I understand now why you guys do this.
E2 normally have a simlink /var/etc /etc,but apparently,this image of E2 doesn;t come with that.
The best thing you guys can do is make those simlinks

have to make simlinks in root for
/hdd /media/hdd
/mnt /media
/share /usr/share

in /var simlinks to
etc /etc
keys /usr/keys
scce /usr/scce
tmp /tmp
tuxbox /etc/tuxbox

I assume some of this links are already made,but apparently some are missing.
You make the ones you need and is easy for beginners.
DCC can make the links for you by right clicking in the folder you want to make the simlink.

it simlinks are will erased when you reboot I think

Guys, open /etc/fstab and remove

tmpfs /var tmpfs defaults 0 0
tmpfs /tmp tmpfs defaults 0 0

this two lines , if you dont want to lost any data from this folders, or just /var line
and tmp to be lost after reboot ...

I cant give you people everything at once. Code are huge, plus I am working without Sigma company support so I am stuck with understanding how everything work.

I have a AZBox Premium DVB-C and i would like to have E2 on it.

So if there is:
- a do***entation of Premium Tuners (C & S)
- a do***antation/information of the sigma processor and the interface between Tuner and processor
- the source of DVB-S2 tuner driver available
- no one who is already working on DVB-C tuner drivers

i would spend some time to get it working.

I can't contact you because of forum limitations.

The_Ripper and team won't release drivers. He already said he would work on that, after dvb-s2 (more users, priority)

Hello friends,
i've installed last E2 release, i updated the driver for scrambled channels(and set to 755) and then
i've installed vhannibal mono channel list e2 via enigmedit mode 2.4.
I can see channel list, i can zap on it but...

for every channel:

"NO DATA ON TRANSPONDER"

My tuner configuration:
single,single,hotbird 13.0,send disecq->NO
My dish is a motor dish and it's positioned on HOTBIRD


How can i solve my problem?
I'm working on this problem for latest 3 days :(

PS: I have a tv CRT 16:9 and i've set azbox --->SCART/RGB

But my question is that if you think that using the backup_kernel as I said earlier, this problem is solved.
