I have followed this thread from day one and decided to try E2 for the first time today after the Ripper fixed CA :respect-055:

Just trying 28.2 east SD at the moment and zapping is spot on.CCcam 2.14 now autostarting with *.prio file and *.providers file showing in web interface :16001:respect-059:


I know there is still alot of work to be done but exellent work by the Ripper and his team.:cup-006:

download settings via dreamset
added new driver rebooted.

I've got CCcam running ok

I do have a vbox inline

Nothing Please help

I uploaded channels to AZ with Dreamboxedit (not sure if that make any differance tho)

also noticed box won't go into standby I wonder if E2 is installed correctly.

After I uploaded settings via dreamset, I had to run a satellite scan for it to work.

when running scan did you see channels being identified by scan? also do you set clear option when scanning?

I found the issue.
Under Main Menu/ Service Searching/ Tuner Config/ Send DiSEqC only on satellite change i had YES.

Changed it to NO
Did the automatic scan
and off it goes .....3454 services !!!!

Put it back to YES

et voila !!

In fact, I installed new E2 successfully yesterday..... then I used FTP to replace tuner drivers like said before in this thread..... then started to do an automatic scan using DiseqC ABCD "mode" with Nilesat on Port A, Hotbird on Port B & finaly Arabsat on Port C (with nothing connected on Port D).....with Send DISEqC only set to "NO"..... then after almost 25 min. of scan there was almost 1100 TV channels (Not bad for all 3 sattelites, since only scan gives only DVB S channels.... no DVB S2 channels or Mpeg4).
Then like the trick said, set back Send DISEqC only to "YES"..... the error message "SID not found in PAT" disapeared.

By the way, I can move between sattelites without any problem

Yeah, channels were identified within the first 20 seconds of the scan. I did set the clear option. I was also messing around with the DiseqC in Tuner Configuration, setting it to yes and no like halabessa said.

1.first enigma2-plugin-extensions-userscripts_2.4-r4_mipsel.ipk
2.enigma2-plugin-camd-mgcamd.1.35a_2.4-r1_mipsel.ipk
3.enigma2-plugin-camd-cccam.2.1.4_2.4-r0_mipsel.ipk
4.make folder /var/etc for your CCcam files and put your CCcam files

Restart box

5.Go to Main menu -Plugins-User Scripts-execute User Script from /usr/script
you can
start/stop/restart/cam info/autostart/desable autostart

For Mgcamd you have to put your config files to /var/keys

6.You have to change this in mg_cfg for AzBox

# 00 autodetect, change only if you think wrong type detected.
# 01 dbox2
# 02 dreambox
# 03 triple-dragon
# 04 relook
# 05 openbox
# 06 dreambox/mips
# 08 stapi/kathrein

and you have to make all other changes in configs for Mgcamd 1.35a

Well this is the way to go:

tuner conf

- simple
- disecq set to single


Select the sat thats on port A or AA or input 1 on your disecq or the sat wich was set where the rotor is.

Disecq commands are not in yet guys so a scan will only bring up services wich are on port A/AA/1 or previous selected satelite on rotor

A scan on 19,2 east wich is on my port A brought me 1410 services

i can not get my internal HDD recognized!

i am first trying to initialize my internal Samsung 500GB HDD, but i always get this error message:

Unable to initialize harddisk.
Error: Mount failed

did not change anything in the configuration. this hdd is working just fine with the original firmware for some 2 years now maybe...

what can be the problem here?

Hi Smudger I had same problem on 19.2 E Nada tryed list ect.........so I disconected motor and it scaned after loading a list not sure if it was the motor or not or luck or bad conection??????? (Willing to try anything rather than offical FW lol:respect-055

You keep using those long commands to start CCcam when it starts silly by typing CCcam& in telnet or by script
The CCcam.cfg file is read from /etc by default. You do not need to set a path for the cfg file, is redundant,useless.

You can use Software manager to install ipk files

first you have to copy ipk file to / (the root)

After that go into

SETUP menu -Software managment-Install local extension-Internal flash

and instal ipk file .After remove ipk file from / (the root)
