I am following your E2 development with great interest, however, having a Premium+ Twin dvb-s I could not yet try your embryon. But I am also participating in the german forum myazbox.com and there I found the question, how can we contribute - can we help with translations for example?

I hope one day my azbox will be able to record from EPG reliably - and playback what was recorded. This would save my investment - otherwise I have to go to competition - and I am waiting since november 2009 for this to work : unbelievable but true...

in minutes azbox premuim was doing all the normal steps but he writes the ip in the facade but in fact I azup.exe we update does not restart and gives the following message
Other error-Unable to complete Ruquest

Dear friends,

Here is video which shows FTA channels running on enigma 2 for AzBox HD devices.

Please dont ask about zapping speed and slowness on channels ( It is caused, as we leaved buffer size for video smaller, for testing purposes ).

Only thing left is Audio part to be implemented ( under the work ).

When that is finished, You can expect new ver of enigma 2 for test....

There was a post a while back about setting up the decoder for different types of formats,so,even when initially might not display,it surely is possible to do 4:2:2 sd and hd in enigma.

Attention all members:
Found a thread on a belgian forum about this last test e2 image software.
They said that the last image can be downloaded via a plugin called: DBF4ALL.
Once you download this plugin you can go to option No.5 "Firmware" (you must have a usb flash pluged in the back of the box), then you will have a submenu with these options:
* download beta firmware.
* Del patch.bin on USB.
* backup - restore.
* back to main menu.

If you choose the 1st. option "download beta firmware" you will have:
1st. option: update 21-09-10 !!!
Is this the e2 test software???
Please advise if anyone tried it.

@The_Ripper: Does the vmlinux.bin you sent me contains also some rootfs part? It looks as if it will not follow my startup files on the HDD. Could you please build one without any rootfs in it? I do not mount any of the /dev/hda devices. So if they are force to mount by the rootfs part it will not work for me.
I was able to build one with the azbox_openwrt chain but because I have not your setup I'm not able to build the kernel for your modules.

Yes, speed of GUI is really good, i can say faster than on DM 800, as I have both and keep testing on both of them...

Also keep in mind that we didnt really fix some scripts which can make receiver slower and so on, to adopt the paths to devices on azbox and to remap them....
