I don't know if there will ever be a E2 on AZbox but I doubt it.

Firstly Opensat doesn't own anything.

Not the source code, not the licence no nothing.

Sigma owns the source code for most of the hardware and decoding stuff.

Cellrun for the box parts and software.

The licence to sell the boxes in Europe is held by Impex-sat a German company.

Opensat is just a empty trademark without any significance.

What does this mean exactly deforme?

it means that third party developers will be able to work on official fw?
if yes , then this is greater news than E2.....

i dont think so .....
in uclinux memory is more different than in normal linux, so ... i dont think that applications should work as well as with glibc .....

Hi, I made new video to keep informed on my progres with Enigma 2 on AZBox HD platforma.

SD channels OK

EPG OK

DiSEqC 1.2 (1.0 and 1.1 also ok)

Now trying to get a picture on HD channels, Teletext, coded channels and after that come the multimedia part of AZBox HD.

i asked for some privacy, and it seems that some members could not follow what i asked and they tryed to contact me, those are hfmls and raskino .

please, i want to tell all you that i am not in any relation with this people, even i am not comunicating with hfmls and raskino .

i want to say thanks for all other users which was patient and did not send me messages like those two members.

the new glibc sdk is almost done i planned to release it on sunday.Also im not sure capasity of azbox's dfb for E2 because it connected mrau.

Any progress on this?
