Enigma 2 - AZBOX HD

Why don't we see just one apology for hfmls? !!
Where are those who treated him as a liar? !!!
When are these members who post insults will be more positive & objective? instead of wasting time to criticise other's posts.... they can help developers to bring up this stb & show more improvement.
I as well of most end user of this great "media player hd receiver" apreciate all efforts done.
I also apreciate moderator who did not close this thread, prooving that each member has the right to share positively news (even if we all thought in the begining that it was rumours.... including me).
Now that many developers are trying to implement e2 in this box, please don't post any other negative comment trying to compare this box with pc cards or other boxes or whatever.... this was a kind of offtopic wasting time.
I really feel now that serious people started to explore there experience & knowledge to improve & give a chance to this box.

Well hfmls talked about a E2 version wich was already in testfase.

The version wich people post about now isn't even compiled yet so not tested @all.

No dvb-api yet.

First realease within 4 weeks??

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it (within 4 weeks that is).

Only positive thing what these postings has reached is:

Somehow, somewhere more sources got availeble so the "job" could be done ( if the last sources got availeble for creating dvb-api)

First off all I never called hfmls a liar ( thats what you guys make off it ) I only said to him to check his sources.

Secondly if E2 is released within 4 weeks ( even it's a clean working CVS image without any fun things in it ) I will apologize.

So far no need for it, for there's no sign @all off E2 for Azbox so far, you people all forget you need a working dvb-api for it.
Thats not something to make within 2 or 3 weeks without the correct sources ( and even then it would take a lot of work).

So far I only see The_Ripper @ the job, I have contacts with other E2 teams ( more then one ) no one off that teams knows off the excistence off E2 for aZBOX.

If CvS is ready where is it then? So I could compile my own E2

guys..i don't mind all this. no sorry needed, i always said i created this thread to inform all users interested from safe sources i had. the rest i just ignored their posts since they did nothing but to flame me.

news: i got some info that we will have something in the end of march from opensat (!) let's see/wait.

With the files include inside of "MRUA-Post" is impossible you guys don't have E2 working on your box.

Then Let coders work, then "patchers" can do there work.

Course will take some time.

Just a personal Note: Neutrino HD is the best GUI on the block, I hope some one take a look to IT.

u mean " all the files provived should be enoug for coders to work in a full enigma 2 release" ?
or "with the current files available,it's impossible to have enigma 2 in azbox" ?

Azbox will have E2.

Then I also want to stop the utopia to think that for E2 just take the source and type make to compile it, the entire driver must be rewritten to accommodate the development kit processor Sigma. The problem is that the development kit from Sigma is not free and freely downloadable! This slows the teams to begin porting E2. So even if E2 is focused on Azbox you also spend the same galleys to make everything work properly.

Ok then I will predict there will be NO E2 for Azbox by the end off march!! ( not even by the end off april) We'll see who's right.

It certainly won't come from OpenSAT.

Everybody is saying to apologize to hfmls, why???

So far he's wrong and in the end off march there maybe be a new patch from opensat but for shure NO E2.

Just posting this one because you guys won't get dissapointed when there's a new patch wich isn't E2.

It's not that simple guys and all sources aren't availeble ( you guys remember how much work it was for Tiglido to rewrite the drivers so that Enigma was possible on st71xx??).

E2 is not attributable to opensat.

The team that is on e2 has everything you need for development.
