sorry i was not clear.yes everything we buy we loose money from day one.my point is that i bought a satellite receiver that is not able after a year to do what was advertised to do.and if there is no progress soon it will be replaced by something else.which means extra cost.
well also there is no clear policy from opensat.i asked official dealer in greece where i bought my receiver ,to replace my premium with a premium + , and was told thst opensat didnt inform them that its possible
.they told me also that they were disappointed because they sold a sat.receiver that is not able to do what was advertised to , and they got only promises from opensat.
sorry if i am out of topic , but i had to express my disappointment aboutfirmware development
.hope someone from opensat read our messages and take serious their clients opinion
just out of curiosity, have any developers tried to look at he source code for the Western Digital HDTV box, as this has the same sigma chip in. May help with the demux problems.

The problem I would say is Sigma... They have tried to keep with old tradition, regarding the sources, I'm sure they are in principle the same as they were in the late 1990... Also they should get with times and not do NDAs anymore, they will be eaten by nvidia, intel, via, atmel and ST if they do not act...

Sigmas Politik, nobody can understand, better a Clonebox on Market and good selling Boxes, but this is....big ****.
Opasucks Politik, nobody can understand, over 16 Month Beta****, not working, full of bugs, a lot of try, no really Target, a lot of Guys have trusted for this Box and at the End, all have lose Money.

No DMM Standing in Front, but working better then any DMM ive ever had.
My old ****ty AZdust is standing there, only for Films in sleeping Room, and a little Hope is still there for a functional Firmware for it, buts its small, very small.
For me its equal which Name and which System is working in it, but it MUST work like all STBs working!
When I try to use AZdust it works only with chills running down my back, lame, more lame, crashing, no EPG anymore(thats the biggest Deal in the last betanotworkingbig****firmware), so get it out from Power, fast and use my lovely E2 Box....

for me its the same .if we have news or not.if there is no working firmware soon,either is called enigma or anything else,my box will be packed till i sell it
be sure that they know every single complaining about their boxes.
and in the "official" forum there's lists of current bugs.
they know how to sell boxes but they need to learn the meaning of "support service". I'm talking about firmware and stuff.
but hey, why don't we look to the bright side of the box? ((ironic))

But for the other TV functions I'm trying to buy other boxes, like cuberevo/ipbox/vizyon since DMM is kind of overvalued and because AzBug is most busy kidding and making me work for them (for free) as beta tester of their forever-beta-bugware, whoops, I meant "firmware".:9898:

Few days to one year when i bought AZBUG. Almost nothing changed with speed, stability, support etc. I think that will look like it is. I've buy a dm500 to see how it works and now i'm impressed with that small and cheap receiver work. Time to sell both and buy vu+ for me...
