    I lost the blue screen

I bought an AZbox Elite and after I made the firmware upgrade to 3877 suddenly the receiver does not go anymore to the blue screen whatever I make . So I can do nothing , although that is working but I have a lot of freeze etc which probably is from the firmware that didn't install it well

I restart him , I reboot him I made everything , I made restore to factory setting and nothing !!!

Could you please tell me how can I make HARD reset if exists or to open the box and do it from inside .

As Stevie says, put the firmware on a USB stick.

You should get a screen with options to upgrade, format or just boot.

It should give you the screen you're after, upgrade is just an option on the screen that you don't have to do.

Make sure the stick is formatted in fat32 and the filename is patch.bin
