Humax 5400 help..

I need some help to set up my motor in my Humax. Is there a guide i can find or can someone explain how i do it, from 1 w to 19 e.

dont say where u are but if uk then use 1w as the starting point, why are u only going for 1w to 19e, sorry u probaly have an obstruction.
do you know how to get to motorised menu or do u have the manual?

And i dont know how to sett it up in the menu,and i do not have a manuale?

what size is the dish and what is the make of the motor? and in scale of 1 to 10 in knowledge of sats 1 been lowest where would you place yourself. i have a hunax 5400 like you, a gilbertini 1.1m dish, a stab rotor sat motor, and every manual that i need.

Basically if u know where due south is then the rest is easy. i am in west of ireland a long way south of you.

i onley ned the setting,in the humax menu,so i can find it out.
I have a 1.1m dish,and the motor is a h-mont motor from force.

Hi, the instructions in the manual run to 3 pages if i had an email i could scan pages and send to you but to set motor on humax you have to set it for diseq1.2

Do this.

1. press menu button
2. seLect services searching option, press ok
3. select antennae setting, press ok
4. you must set up a separate antennae for each sat, in your case 1w to 19e, probably in settings already
5.select the name of sat you wish to use eg hotbird
6. lnb = universal
7. set motorised system to enable.
8. the option diseqc input selction should NOW be disabled.

you are now set up for diseqc1.2. press exit to return to main menu..
