I have posted a "beginner's guide" in the Public Upload section. Start by reading this.

you will need the humax toolkit and a null modem lead.
the software patch is installed with a program called "HU", humax needs to be on standby 1st for this, then install a recent settings file if needed, I use formula v3 or humbox4.1 for this, again with the humax on standby, then the latest key.bin using DSR9500 EMU Ed-56CW but with the humax turned on and on a clear channel, you will need to check also - menu-TOH-Config that caid preset is set to card + emu. most channels that are cleared using the emu should be on now.
    Good luck

    Hi Mate.
Firstly you need a null modem cable to use from computer to Humax

    2) you need latest patch ToH 3.4 + Hot 10.2 with (Humax Uploader)

    3) your channel settings comes next either Cyrus or 123Pet

    4) There is latest PMC Table around if you want in. with (PMC Tool)

    5) Finally you will need the latest key.bin to finish. ( DSR Version ED 56)
