tecnomate 1500ci problems

loaded new firmwere and all works fine .. but every time i change channel it says please wait then after say 10 secs it clears

is there a problem with the reciver .. i have done a factory reset and then loaded new softwere but its still doing it

any idea folks

just make sure your lnb cable and f/plugs are all ok the t/m can do this if cable are not right , might help .

what factory firmware is on it ?

ideally it should be v1.70

a factory reset wont necessarily solve anything if its out of date

when you say you loaded new firmware , do you mean new tm firmware or a dm patch , or both ?
