I must say that I have never had that problem, but that's not to say that I haven't had other problems. Personally I think that this box was marketed before all the defects were ironed out, and that some box's work OK and others have had problems with the ethernet connection, which seems to have been the main problem.
this box rocks,the day they start doing softcam update every body else is in trouble ive played with lots of boxs LOL i would give it 9.5 out of 10 .pilsner
