    Just read on another forum that it's due out in June, might just wait for one.

    Looks like the dogs danglys mate, shame there is no mention of a HDMI connection.
    At least this is something solid from Dream Multimedia site that it will be available, mind you I bet the price wont be easy on the pocket...

    Spanish dealer is advertising June/July, so all looking positive now.

    Does no HDMI connection mean that the DM8000 will not be a HD box?

    i was was under the impression that there was no HDMI something to do with the HDCP license, but i have read somewhere that it has a DVI connection.

    'course i could be wrong

    In the link I posted it says 'H.264 HDTV 1080i'

    It will have a DVI connection. The ad makes no mention of integrated blue ray DVD player. I thought this was going to be included and presumably would output up to 1080p in contrast with the 1080i tuner. How will this all work?
    I'm not holding my breath for the release of this machine in the next six months!
