Help! Icecrypt S1600CHD firmware

I'm really struggling to set up a new (!) box for the satback channels on Intelsat 901/7 27.5W. I have good signal strength and quality numbers but the channels are scrambled. I am using (thanks to this forum) firmware version 1.6.10 but that does not give me access to the BBCBISS menu on Code Edit, just BISS On that page, before the key data there are fields for CAID (currently 2600), Service (000003), Freq (have tried current setting of 11300 and 11495) and Type (Key8). I have also tried all versions of keys that I can find. Can I do any more, or is there a kind soul out there with a later firmware version that has the BBCBISS menu? Thanks for reading!

Found a good backup on an old thread last night, all now working, but thank you for your reply. I have to say this forum is a brilliant resource!
