Can anyone recomend a decent internet phone/provider ?

My current provider (SSE) service has got worse and worse and more expensive, whats the best for net streaming and no throttling and pausing and no censorship of sites used these days.

(ps , I use IPTV so thats a consideration I have to bare in mind)

I'm with virgin and just have 100mb internet - I pay £21 a month for that and the service is good. For phone I just use voipcheap/sipgate and with sipgate I have a local number for my area. You can setup sipgate/voipcheap on any modern Android phone and just use your wifi for making calls. The last time I put any credit on voipcheap or sipgate was about 5 years ago and both still work fine. Basically phoning has been free as there's no landline cost at all and people can call you just like they would do for any normal landline.

We've been with BT for a fair few years
When the deal is up usually offer another to stay
    Fibre 65-75 mg & 20 upload
No issue with service reliability currently pay £50 for phone BB & few TV channels
    TV package is going soon

I'll contact my IP (Vodafone) and let you know if they can provide this service, although admittedly I do have my doubts.
