Download DuplexPlay on any windows PC or XBOX one from the official Microsoft Windows Store https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/p/du...ot:overviewtab
Or alternatively Download DuplexPlay on any android device from the official Google Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...plexiptv&hl=en
Open the downloaded DuplexPlay App on Windows or Android device
On home screen open [Activation]
Choose [Renew for other device]
Type device ID and device Key of your TV
Choose an activation type and then confirm purchase
Restart DuplexPlay on your TV

Tried that but same result been reading on message boards this has been an ongoing problem for a few months e-mailed them but no response
i renewed my duplexplay sub with the windows app last week, it worked fine
Think you got to be running Windows 10 and I am only running Windows 7 tried it and app kept freezing

Got it sorted got a disc for windows 10 and upgraded my PC from windows 7
