I've never heard of these receivers, but a quick internet search states that they are E2 receivers, so might take most open images, like Openvix, if you can find one for them.
If so you should be able to load an oscam.ipk file, or even download the latest version from the plugin menus.

Even an old image should suffice, and provide what you need. Even the older images should work with Oscam.
Have you found any suitable images, for these receivers?

What type of motor do you have?
Have you checked the tuner configuration menu, and positioner setup, if OpenATV has this option?

Check your co-ax connections, as some receivers can be awkward, also check if your receiver is sending out sufficient power, I assume you've checked that you can get both Horizontal, and Vertical polarities?
Have you tried both receivers, and different power cables?

I'd try another power supply, as this sometimes works, or try using Diseqc 1.2, instead of USALS, and check if there are any limits set on your mini receiver.
