This is the UK government website advice.

    https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-ad...y-requirements

For checks at the dock: best to ask the ferry company.

Do you have a booking on the ferry?
It's non essential travel the police are cracking down on and are stopping people at the St Clears roundabout as well as other locations.
Some people are being unbelievably stupid using non roadworthy vehicles with no tax, insurance or MOT and think any driving restrictions don't apply to them.
What is more worrying is the number of people under the influence of drugs while driving.
    Don't forget it's a Bank Holiday week end .

Edit: Just seen on the news a guy in a non taxed , non insured and no driving license pick up truck towing a trailer with a stolen digger on stopped !!

Most people look at the virus chances of getting it in exactly the same light of the fatal car crash. It wont happen to me.

I'm really , really hoping that by then we'll all be able to travel a lot more freely in Wales.
I've a boat outside my kitchen window which should be on her mooring by now but -
    1) It would be a non essential trip to take her there and
    2) We've been banned from using our moorings anyway until further notice!
    Stay in good health.
