Found a manual, for a manhattan Plaza:
    EXAMPLE: To configure MONOBLOCK LNB
Astra 1(19.2E), select LNB No 1 and set DiSEqC to Mini-A
Hotbird 1-6(13E), select LNB No 2 and set DiSEqC to Mini-B

Have you tried reversing them, just in case your dish is aligned to 13E and the second LNB is pointed at 19.2E?

Have you got the monoblock lnb fitted to the correct side of the feed arm, what sat is the dish pointing at with a single lnb ? 13 or 19e.

twin monobloc 19.2-13 replaced 1 of the receivers technomate 3000D because it died so no problem at the dish or lnb just not got the switching correct in the manhattan st 550 menu scans astra ok but not switching over to 13e

19.2e astra . using spiderbox on 1 port and manhattan on port 2, on port 2 I was using technomate but it died lnb monoblock works fine on both ports it's getting the switching correct on the manhattan its not a dish lnb problem

If the LNB is a monoblock (standing in front of the dish) the dish on 19e lnb bracket needs to be secured to the left side feed tube, the unsecured feed tube will pick up 13e, if its connected on the other feed tube you'll be all over the place and probably pick up 24e.

Did you line up the dish on astra 1 on 19e with a single lnb ? or the monoblock ? don't line up sats on a dish with the monoblock it will cause chaos.

I always use Hotbird as the Focal Point because its a weaker signal than Astra 1 usually Hotbird Diseqc number 1 Astra 1 Diseqc number 2

plugged in an old technomate 5402 and all is good as I knew it would be I knew it had nothing to do with the dish or lnb the dish has hotbird at prime focus for a reason I know that astra is a stronger signal and normally at prime focus I just cant get the manhattan to switch over to hotbird but will have another try with different options in the menu
