Headers in Satpimps no longer displaing info

Has anyone else noticed that the Satpimps headings (Posters, latest posts etc) is no longer showing any information?
I still use basic G oog le browser, so will try Firefox, although personally I prefer not to use Firefox or Chrome!

PS: Just tried Firefor browser and no issues - so why have pimps opted to stop accepting basic browsers please?

I've had the "headers" not loading initially. After a while they do appear though.

    BTW I mostly use Firefox.

Your problem is not browser related, guys. It's because we added a SSL, you will need to update your bookmarks and change the http to https.

Click on the "Forum" tab at the top left of the screen, under the Satpimps logo. This link will take you to the home page, and will display the headings correctly.
Now copy the URL, edit your bookmarks and paste the https://www.satpimps.co.uk URL into your old bookmark and save.

    This will fix the headings.

in which case , as Ian said , clear your cookies by logging out , then logging back in again , which you should do periodically anyway, lol

Are you still having difficulties Holmroad, or did the procedure I suggested in post #5 fix the issue?

Yes thanks mate. must admit I'd assumed that as I regularly have to re-input my user/password that I WAS logging in again - but no, I hadn't actually 'physically' logged out and in again - until NOW - and it does seem to have corrected it thanks!
Mind, it sometimes is there ok when I first log in between sessions although not usually, but then I can go into my required subject, only to find that when I go back to start the headers disappear again, so will report back when I leave THIS report and have selected a different subject, if you see what I mean?

Edit: YES it's all gone again, so does that mean logging out/in EVERY choice I make on basic browser?

Re-edit: Came back after above comment!
    Weird?

I rarely get a problem in firefox

perhaps its google basic or google chrome causing the issue ?

or it depends if you are on a laptop, or phone , or tablet , as some devices have issues, like the earlier Iconia tablets that lose internet access

check your browser is up to date

    also try a different browser

bear in mind that phones do not give full internet capability, unlike laptops which do

I logout and login again maybe every 3 months , not minutes , lol

No I don't like Google Chrome or Firefox, but as I said earlier I do have Firefox on my laptop - which does work fine, so it MUST be the good old Google browser - yet other sites seem fine with it, so it's obviously something peculiar to Pimps mate!
I have just put Win 10 on to my daughter's all in one desktop, also using old browser - and only Pimps showing header issues!

Thanks very much to all who've tried to help though, much appreciated - as always!
