NO signal on my spiderbox 9000 hd

Long time my spiderbox 9000 receiver in all my satellites seems to have a problem with signal. It does not feel the installation or the lnb because I tested another acceptor and it works a favor. Is there anything to answer? thank you very much

Hi Do you get no signal on all satellites?? Are you using a motor??? If the satellites work on the spare receiver then they should work on the Spiderbox unless there is a setup problem or receiver problem. You need to provide more info regarding the Spider setup etc. Regards

I do not use a motor. My installation is very good. I have one of my dishes at 13, 16, and 19, and one second at 42, but I have minimum frequencies

Hi, are you using a Diseqc switch to select Satellites ? if so, can you try a straight hookup from say, 13E or 19E and see what you get.

do as you told me using the diceqc for all four satellites and showed me 1350 channels around. Other times when I did not encounter this problem I had about 1000 channels above ..

Hi If you are getting 1000 channels. are they from 4 satellites ?? Also when did you do a blinds scan on the satellites???people tend to forget that channels come and go...i bit like us... in my opinion i would get a piece of paper and pen,, write down the following
Hotbird make a note of a channel thats working and write down the frequency for that channel. Then go into satellite settings and make a note of which switch position you are using for Hotbird and note the quality strength for that channel . Then repeat process for the other 3 satellites. If possible send photos of your setup and dish readings from satellites. In my opinion from 4 satellites you should be getting near 3000 channels,,,Regards
