Channels on transponder 28e 10400H crashing box

FTA channels on this transponder, both SD and HD cause my box to freeze and crash. Only solution is to reboot box and delete this transponder with the lnb disconnected. Issue also seen on Spiderbox 6000HD on other transponders transmitting FTA ITV channels.
    Is this a growing problem?.....
Is there a solution..new phantom needed?.

Transponders causing crash are 10994H, 11097H and 10890H. Deleting and rescanning these transponders does not resolve the issue.... Any solution?

    Also seeing this recently.

I could not link it to set of TPs but yes definitely crashed on ITV HD.

TBH I thought the box was packing it but it seems stable with just IPTV and if it is just a couple of TPs issue , can wait until patch available.

I will monitor to see of other Sats have same issues

    PS: I am on v1.46

I Too noticed this issue also TM5402 M3 locks up on ITV HD
but not only that but same ongoing problem happens with various Viaccess Encrypted channels too , Box just totally locks and only switching power OFF manually temp. fixes the problem .
For sure this is a bug with all Phantom patches for Technomate but as for new S/W Patch can forget about that idea because Technomate stopped supporting all their boxes 3 years ago ...they were just after money and profits but when both dried up support simply vanished !!
Bad company Technomate .... these days you get much better support from cheap $50 china clone boxes and thats a fact

Hi I dont think its the Phantom patch because any bugs would have been picked up in the beginning..it may also be one of the following:
    1) Receiver overheating- make sure fan is on and ventilation holes not covered.
    2) Dodgy Cccam contract..i have come across this problem a few times.
    3) Problem with transponders themselves...conflicts with the boxes...

    Regards

Fan IS ON And Box is beside Window for Extra Ventilation

    2) Dodgy Cccam contract..i have come across this problem a few times.
Not a Factor whatsoever because CCcam is Disabled !!

    3) Problem with transponders themselves...conflicts with the boxes...
Problem does not occur with any other Box just My Technomate 5402 M3 HD

i only use TM5402 M3 For Blind Scanning since Support stopped long time ago
and these multiple S/W Bugs and [ there is way too many ] will never be fixed anytime in the future

Hi if you only use it for blind scanning then why dont you reload an older Phantom patch and see if problem occurs..if problem is still there then its not the patch at fault. To be honest i use to have a few Technomates years ago and never had problems with Phantom patches as far as i can remember..in my opinion very reliable boxes.. Regards

Remember we are discussing FTA channels here mainly mate, so patches probably wouldn't be anything to do with this latest issue surely?

Hi Do you not understand that patches can effect FTA channels as well as scambled channels...when you load a patch on any box it will change the way the box behaves from its original way it was meant to work..why dont you try the channels on a FTA box without any patches...Channels work fine on my Medialink box at the moment.

    Regards
