Have you checked whats going on it oscam. If you put your boxes ip address into your computers browser and add :8888 does in let you into the oscam webif, you can see what port its using if it does not open by checking it in your oscam.config file that you sent to var/tuxbox/config

no it won,t let me in when i add the :8888 to the end of the boxs ip address.
but it will let me in if i just use the boxs ip address without the :8888

When in Openwebif just click on Oscam Webinterface, on the left hand side, under Extras.

Thats your boxes web if and nothing to do with oscam. You need to make sure oscam is running and the way you do that is by doing as above and adding :8888 or 8181 of 7171 what ever is in the config files you sent to your box. This is how to tell for sure oscam is running.

Your config is showing your port should be 8888 so try what mickha has said and see if you can get into the oscam webif.

depends on the image in use

I am using BH and not getting very far with this powervu version

in BH , use BLUE and select oscam and start it

if you havent selected it and started it, it wont be running, hence your problems

the oscam file, if installed , is in var/bin in BH
