It would help if you were to say how long you have had your receiver, if it is 12 months or more then maybe your gift package has expired, then you will require a renewal, the info ref that can be found in IPTV updates.

Thanks for the advice I thought my 12 months was up and I could not access the instructions on the HiTech on IPTV , so I was uncertain how to get sorted .
However jbvid's suggested thread confirms there was a blip which caused my problem .
I have now followed up the info for renewal and am ready when I need it .
    Thanks again

My last post was in 2017 !!
I now have a Hitech HB9000 receiver and have IPTV which is great .
I am now in my mid-eighties and as I have got less mobile and I am looking for a challenge .
I have an old Technomate motorised dish which has been sitting idle for several years .
I have started to check it out , found cable from dish to receiver was damaged , now replaced and motor is now moving dish OK .
I would like help with this aspect of setting up USALS etc.
    I have only got a channel list for Astra2 at 28.2 E .
I want to get an initial setup on 0.8 W .
Is the an update of current TV channels across the spectrum , how would I load this information into my Hitech receiver ?
    Any help much appreciated .
