Just got My reciver from goldwafers.
I only get a black screen when i turn it on, tv displays No video signal.
I have got full HD TV, 1080p....Should this be A problem.
I have also tried the hmdi cable that came with the box.

    What can I try?

    Thanks!

    I havent done anything yet.
Just some cables connected, power, sat, hdmi and network.

When I power it up at the back, the white circle in front turn on (white). But then nothing happends. I can press remote and see that the withe circle turn on/off.
    But nothing more happends.

The tv displays, no video steam is found. Can it be that it has already been setup up as 2160p and is locked in this mode?

Also when it is turn on, I browse my router, and it is not to be found. It has not cennected.

    What can I try?

    Thanks

Ok, I have slowformated my usb stick with fat32.

    I have copy in the BlackHole-3.0.3-vuuno4k_usb_release_20170220_5d48 f4d.

in \vuplus\uno4k (or should it be \vu+\uno4k)

    The files are:
    rootfs.tar.bz2
    force.update
    initrd_auto.bin
    kernel_auto.bin
    splash_auto.bin

Still nothing happends, I have tried the usb port on side and the back. When I have the stick in my computer it is flashing with a green light when at work, not when I have it in my uno4k.

    Thanks for helping med out.

    :-(

    First Power up and Flashing:

Before I did anything else, I let the receiver boot up, to make sure it was all working ok. Once booted and I was happy, I then proceeded to shut down the Uno4K, pulled out my favourite usb stick, and loaded on the Black Hole 3.0.3 image for the Vu+ Uno4K J

If this is your first Vu+ receiver, you will be pleased to know, that installing an image onto any of the Vu+ receivers is a very simple process. Simply grab a usb stick, format it in fat32 with your pc, download the BlackHole image from black hole (other images are available from different teams) and extract the zip file contents to the root of your newly formatted usb stick. Once this is done, plug the usb stick into the usb 3.0 port at the side and then power the box on at the rear, the front panel led will start to flash in a slow (almost like it’s breathing) sequence, and when finished, it will flash a fast on and off sequence.

At this point you can remove the usb stick and power the box off and back on again.

It is a very quick and simple process and it doesn’t take long to reflash this box.

On first boot after flashing, you will be greeted with the setup wizard, just follow the simple onscreen instructions to setup your new Uno4K.

    Hi.
    Thanks for you help.

Doesnt work, I have tried with 2 different Usb stick, both formated with fat32.
I have tried with 2 different images.
I have tried with the stick at the back and side.
Nothing happends, no blue light. Only 4 white cirle lights up.

    The files are in \vuplus\uno4k

I have tried with all cable plug in, network, hmdi, power and sat. And I have
tried with only the power cable.

So what more can I try?

    Thanks

    /Fredrik.
