    Icon8 Deleting TSMedia

Hi. Got a bit of a problem with TSMedia. While playing around with my Vu+solo I noticed there was an update for TSMedia. I allowed it to load up but when I tried to select it just went back to the programme I was originally watching. All the keys on my remote stopped working. A reboot solved the problem. I tried to enter TSMedia again and the same thing happened. Once again a reboot solved the problem. Can anyone tell what has gone wrong and how i can solve it. How, for example, can I deleat the current TSMedia.

How did you get it onto your box in the first place? If it was via TSPanel then go there and uninstall reboot then try reinstall it can also be a driver issue with Vu+ not compatible for example. Push comes to shove revert back to the previous version that was working for you.
