Well patch 755P DEFFO didnt need the Add-on OR the original software to be loaded, but as I said above 756P is SUPPOSED to be based on 726P, in which case the Add-on etc maybe SHOULD be loaded - however as manic01 says, once loaded they should both remain virtually 'forever' anyway!:respect-050:

Doesn't sound very convincing to me holmroad so I will not be loading this patch unless you have clear definition on this for all the reasons you know I mentioned. Of course p726 is one of the best and so far p755 wasn't entirely a disaster neither which I currently have loaded but I would be interested in trying the latest patch of course under the right & I might add correct condition. I don't want to sound to pessimistic but I just like things done correctly and professionally that's me out of my own personal choice.

Wouldn't you realize if add on is included in the patch
by trying 8281 function after having loaded it?

I totally agree with you Tony, but the Phantom/TM offerings since the demise of DM's updates over two years ago has been SO dire and amateurish, that most of us choose to risk it - rather than have NOTHING mate!:iagree:

When the channel list gets full all sorts of funny things happen = max no of channels approx 8000 on this model.
New patch is much more stable for me but if I stay on EPG channel for a long time e.g. 3 minutes it starts to reboot.
