23.5 how do pick it up

hi all i live south uk berkshire . i have 1m dish with motor attached ,i,ve been able to pick up , 1w, 4.8e , 13e ,19.2 ,+ 28 e . the problem is i.m trying to pick up 23.5e ,i,m picking up channels from 13e or 28e , .all can any one help me with this . i don,t know this is any help my dish is set at the angle of 45 degree ,i can,t see that being the problem if i can pick up those other satellites please help thankz

Either the dish is not aligned correctly or is there anything in the line of sight of 23.5E?

I would say the dish and motor are not tracking the arc correctly
(as long as there are no obstructions as mentioned in the last post)

Very strange since you are picking up 19 and 28 - with my Im on track I get 16-17 strength on 19e and 23e and 20 on 28 - are your stations loaded correctly? Have you done a rescan?
Dont think tracking could be the prob here Ech since those other two are working BUT what are signal strengths? if 28e is low then 23 wont appear. Cant think of anything else really barring obstructions - Good luck - Brain

what kind of receiver you using?

If trying to tune in sat bg 23.5e diemma you need a HD receiver.
Otherwise tune in a sd channel on another provider on 23.5e.
