    can you get 9E? just nudge you dish a bit left(East)..try with transponder 11222 V DVB-S/MPEG-2 27500 3/4 or 11387 V
    DVB-S2/8PSK 30000 3/4

    Hope you get it sorted

yes, you can either do it yourself, or just add a new channel list after backing up your old channel list to usb stick

I have just uploaded my motorised list, so if you tried that one all you do is alter your usals settings to whatever they should be for your location

as for manuals , what is wrong with downloading one from here ? ??

that was answered in your BISS thread where I copied and pasted instructions form a member of another forum into our tutorials section

    https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?157814-Biss

I also linked to a manual in our spiderbox sections too

the idea of the various sections is to have everything a member would want at their fingertips at any time of the day (or night)

one reason I uploaded my channel list is that the BISS key is already included and the specialised frequency pointed at to enable it

    yes

just check the pltv transponder frequency listed in my channel list

then check the biss key section near the bottom of the biss list, and you will see that transponder and the biss key

it should be open, mine is, and you can check the current biss key as posted a couple of months ago on here matches what is in there

was watching it on my spiderbox yesterday so I know it works

Have you got your Spiderbox patched?
Have you pressed 1111 to extend the menu options?

Not Inserted seems more of a message when trying to access a cam, or card, from your post you are in the right menu section, Accessory, Key Edit, so you should get the options.

Sorry I was editing my post, as your replies seemed to confirm you had the 9000HD.
Have you got the latest patch loaded?
Have you turned on the extended menu, by pressing 1111?
By entering the menu, Accessory and then Key Edit you should have a list of options, you select the first one to enter the keys section.
    Key Edit
    Reset Key Data

No signal is nothing to do with keys, or the Spiderbox, it means you haven't got your dish aligned correctly.
Have you moved your dish to 10E?
Can you please go into the Spiderbox menu, select manual scan, press the green button, on your remote control, and enter/select the following:
    Satellite 10E
    Frequency: 11387
    Symbol Rate: 30000
    Polarization: Vertical
    Modulation: DVB-S2 8PSK
    Pilots OFF
    FEC 3/4

What are your signal strength/quality readings?

NOT INSERTED is the third one down and is in relation to the card reader, meaning you have not got a CARD INSERTED = NOT INSERTED

KEY EDIT is the 4th one down when the patch is turned on using 1111

no signal means you arent on the satellite, and as mickha correctly says nothing to do with keys

in my channel list for 10e PLTV is number 0005 , and has 4 fta channels above it

    1 THAQALAYN
    2 BARAEM
    3 TEST
    4 ANN
    5 PLTV

all 4 fta channels have audio and video on them and you were told to check them a week ago in post #4 too

you are wasting your time checking ANY satellite on scrambled channels until you ensure your dish is on the money and pointing correctly

first thing I always do is check fta channels FIRST , seems blindingly obvious to me but seemingly not

once I know I am getting good signals on fta channels I can check scrambled channels with confidence

I would advise anyone doing satellite work on a motorised dish system to do the exact same thing too

PLTV is working fine and pressing INFO twice it clearly states BISS on the right hand side as the decoding method
my signals are S in GREEN at 71% and Q in BLUE at 84% when I leave the double INFO onscreen
