azbox premium Power supply: FAIL

i am trying to recover an azbox premium stuck on bootup using the recover guide, but when click open on putty and switch on azbox i get this message from putty:

yxosPc0 serial#e153f9baec7f4e68ad9aefa392 582dce subid 0xc4
xenv cs2 ok
Power supply: FAIL

any help will be very appreciable

How are You connected ? From PC to the box ? Using what ?

first i made a mistake and start this thread here but the problem is for azbox premium hd receiver.
i am connected with yamon cable usb to ttl serial converter.
the box made booting stuck problem and i start to recover it but in putty serial when i hit open and switch on the box i get the message shown in the thread.
i made the recovery procedure many times but first time i get this message.
