    remote

my spiderbox hd900 has been shut off due to the remote not working. i checked the remote using the phone camera test and it showed that it is working. so i think the box is not responding to the remote signal. do you know if there is any way i can reset the box to manifacturing reset to help the box recieve the remote signal?

Just read user's manual if remote not working check batteries might be an idea just take them out might be a bad connection sometimes on all remotes you have to spin the batteries help to keep good connection.. also when ever remote is used red led flashes on the reciever another idea is to programme the remote control by holding down STB button and pointing remote till red led lights best read up on this, see your manual for info.
