Best USB Hub for DM800hd

Hi all

I have just got a Smargo Smartreader+ so i can use my S*y UK HD card without using the internal card reader as it is very hot.

Anyway, i tried placing the Smargo straight into the back of the DM800 but it
won't go in due to the fact the Ethernet cable blocks it going in fully.

I was wondering what would be the best USB hub to solve this problem ?

Also, will the card perform better in the Smargo rather than the card slot ?

Do you mean the hub has to have it's own power supply or will it be powered by the dreambox when it's inserted into one of the usb slots ?

I was hoping it would take the power direct from the Dreambox 800 just as my
"laptop" fan does as that just sits underneath with it's blue light on & is powered by the Dreambox ?

USB extender work fine with smargo but the smargo performs much better when powered as would your cooler.

I have 2 smargos, with a very cheap 4 ports Hub (powered by dm) 100% Ok (dm7020).
Plus 4 smargos and a Konig 7 ports (powered by dm8000) 100% Ok.
