    Transfer/append timeshift to recording

    Anyone know an easy way to do this?

    u cant mate, but i THINK there is a plugin which does it

    it should be default tho, if its any concellation, u cant do it the official VIRGIN PLUS box

    LOL!]

    Yep I looked into it. You can do it with script, but more trouble than its worth. Easier to grab the files through your pc.

    the developers need to introduce this, it cant be hard surely!!!! even my old topfield 5500 used to be able to do it.

    this, and the EPG for 28.2

    im liking the E2 AAF image

    ManikM, when you record can you watch your recordings with the pc, because i can't and i don't know why ?

    yeah i can mate

    not that i ever need to

    they are only .ts files, rename to mpg - this should work

    try VLC player.

    u will need to queue them up if its over 4gb - as the ice splits recordings up into .ts .ts1 .ts2 etc

    I found that copying the files to PC and then running them through TS-Doctor was the only way to get compliant files.

    Stuff recorded via the E2 images is much easier to work with for some reason.

    Any one now if this could be introduced in a new firmware ?
    it's pretty useful when you watch something and you find it interesting you can come back to the start of the show and record ? or is this not interesting anyone ?
