    Hardware Accerelation

After first implementation of "Hardware Accerelation" option I read some comments but now we've a few new releases with this option and I wonder if anyone had Hardware Accerelation option always on with latest firmwares? Any problems ? (overheat, instability, booting problems, vs?)

The only problem that I had with the overclocking was that the DVB-S2 tuner lost all the signal (actually, the tuner stopped working).
I have it disable mostly because of this.

Some people including myself have had problems booting loop at first reboot with hardware acceleration enabled ...

Now the devices were returned to service for warranty repair ...

This is a very major problem, so we should enable it only when needed and redisable before shutdown. But an unexpected reboot can cause too much problem :(

just noticed in latest firmware cpu info is now

system type : BCM97xxx Settop Platform
    processor : 0
    cpu model : Brcm4380 V4.2 FPU V0.1
    cpu MHz : 403.45
    BogoMIPS : 403.45 ( udelay_val : 201728 HZ = 1000 )
    wait instruction : yes
    microsecond timers : yes
    tlb_entries : 32
    extra interrupt vector : yes
    hardware watchpoint : no
    ASEs implemented :
    VCED exceptions : not available
    VCEI exceptions : not available
    RAC setting : Unknown
    RAC Config Reg 0 : 01e07000
    RAC Config Reg 1 : 00000000
RAC Addr Range Reg : 00000000
    BRCM Config-0 Reg : e31e3406
    BRCM Config-1 Reg : 00000020
    Core Base Reg : 11f0000c

I'm sure it was increased from 300mhz to 350mhz in first acceleration firmware.

    I might be wrong.

I created a topic in official forum: forum.azbox.com/index.php/topic,64.0.html , it is waiting for moderator approval.

IMO this option should be officially explained because it could be dangerous to use...
