    How do I update Digitv with 5400 remote?

    I've searched the forum and although I can find bits of info, I can't find the full monty so I would appreciate a dummys guide to updating digitv keys with the 5400 remote, including software needed.
    Best regards Mick

    If you are going to use your remote control for key entry, you do not need any software.

    Remote Control Keys to use:
    0 - 9 Keys
    A = Sound Mute Button
    B = Red Button
    C = Green Button
    D = Yellow Button
    E = Blue Button
    F = White Button

    With your remote select:

    1. Menu / ToH / Parser / Ram Editor / Yellow Button (to select Nagravision)
    2. Arrow Down to Provider
    3. Arrow left or right until your Provider shows 21 11 (Digi TV)
    4. Arrow down to the 00 key slot and press the "O.K." button
    5. Key in the first 8 pairs of the 00 key using the buttons mentioned above and "O.K." to accept
    6. Arrow down to the 01 key slot and press the "O.K." button
    7. Key in the remaining 8 pairs of the 00 key and press the "O.K." button
    8. Arrow down to the 02 key slot and press the "O.K." button
    9. Key in the first 8 pairs of the 01 key and press the "O.K." button
    10. Arrow down to the 03 key slot and press the "O.K." button
    11. Key in the remaining 8 pairs of the 01 key and press the "O.K." button
    12. Exit out

    That is it. You should now have entered:

    The two halves of the 00 key into the 00 and 01 key slots
    The two halves of the 01 key into the 02 and 03 key slots

    Ensure that Nagra2 auto-update is set to OFF in the Configuration menu or your new keys will be over-written with false ones.
    Menu / ToH / Config - Nagra2 AU = OFF
