    I suspect you mean router

if it is a router , what was the old make and model and host ip address of the router ?

and what is the new make and model and host ip address of the router ?

Find one that is close to your number and click it, will then take you to a programs page and will show you how to open a port once you find your program that you want to open a port for.

    h**p://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

Most routers are a pain but it looks liek you were doing it right the first time.

Does it have amore than just port forward does it have special appz or virtual server ?

upnp also might work if enabled.
